Here at JusticeAid we’ve been doing what you’ve been doing: working to ensure that the right to vote is protected, extended, and not suppressed. Thanks to your support, we’ve raised money for our 2020 grantee partner, Election Protection/866-OUR-VOTE, and worked with organizations helping to get out the vote.
All this activity has pulled us away from our Songs of Protest blog, and so this month we present a streamlined edition: Music to Vote By, with less talk and more music! Think of it as a soundtrack to the election.
We’re almost there—but not quite yet. And Election Protection is not slowing down. Election Protection volunteers are staffing phone banks, monitoring early polling stations nationwide, and gearing up to protect the vote on Election Day. Won’t you please join us to support their work as we cross the finish line?
We hope you enjoy the music. Keep playing to the whistle, and don’t stop until it’s over! When the dust settles from the election, we’ll see you on the other side.
Best wishes from all of us at JusticeAid
