Dear Friends of JusticeAid,
With just 32 days until November 3rd, we know you are doing all you can to get out the vote. We are, too. JusticeAid’s virtual Fall Concert, Voices to Protect the Vote, on Saturday, October 17th, will lift our spirits, raise money to fight voter suppression, and offer us all a unique opportunity to enjoy amazing music by artists committed to our cause.
Join Rosanne Cash, Tom Morello, Regina Carter, Lila Downs, and Ivan Neville, on Saturday, October 17th, at 8 pm ET on YouTube and Facebook.
- Your support for our Spring concert was such a success that JusticeAid gave our grantee partner, Election Protection / 866-OUR-VOTE, $200,000 in June. But we’re not stopping there. Our goal is to raise $100,000 more!
- Contributions to JusticeAid between now and November 3rd will go directly to Election Protection to help get out the vote and fight voter suppression.
- Be sure to follow JusticeAid on social media and get a reminder about the Fall concert.
We—and the voting public—appreciate your support,
Natalie Jowett Agoos, Chair of the JusticeAid Fim Forum & JusticeAid Prizes, and Board member, and Therese Steiner, JusticeAid Board member
JusticeAid leverages the community-building power of art and music to transform awareness into action in the fight against injustice. We organize arts events and public forums to educate people about key civil rights challenges, and we raise funds to support key organizations addressing these issues. JusticeAid advances its efforts by leveraging our Board of Directors’ diverse lived experiences of race, sex, religion, age, and sexual orientation, among others.
