The election we have all been bracing for is upon us, and Black Voters Matter has been working on over-drive, in communities across the country, to bolster voting access and fight back against voter suppression. Thanks to the dedication and generosity of our donors, JusticeAid has raised over $1 million in 2024 to aid BVM in their critical efforts. This is the largest single-year grant in JusticeAid’s history!
Your support has allowed BVM to uplift disenfranchised communities and voters in various ways including:
- providing emergency generators in hurricane-ravaged communities
- bus tours, phone banking, text campaigns, and canvassing to educate and register voters
- transportation to get voters to their polling sites
- litigation to ensure voting protections
Thank you to our powerful community for your support of JusticeAid and Black Voters Matter. Our two-year partnership has allowed us to grant a total of $1.6 million dollars.
