Following the 2022 Dobbs decision reversing Roe, the need for reproductive justice has only become more apparent. Pregnancy Justice’s updated “Birth Rights” guide, first published in 2020, includes expanded information for pregnant people and those who support them, including understanding racism in obstetric care, how to file complaints, and navigating post-Dobbs realities.
