Black Voters Matter

Black Voters Matter (BVM) is a voting rights and community empowerment organization focused on increasing power in marginalized, predominantly Black communities. BVM’s initiatives include voter registration, getting out the vote, and providing organizational development & training as well as funding to support individuals and organizations that are striving to obtain social justice throughout the year.

ALL FUNDS WE RAISE IN 2024
WILL GO TO BLACK VOTERS MATTER

TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST
RACIST VOTER SUPPRESSION.

Why Do Black Voters Matter?

The key to effective civic engagement and community power is understanding, respecting, and supporting local infrastructure. Black voters matter everywhere, including rural counties and smaller cities and towns that are often ignored by candidates, elected officials, political parties, and the media. Black Voters Matter is working on the ground in 25 states with 400 local partners to effectively mobilize voters in local, state, and national elections.

Join Our Circle of Giving

Since our founding in 2013, JusticeAid has granted close to $3 million dollars to amazing grantee partners working to ensure access to justice for the disenfranchised and marginalized. JusticeAid is able to grant 100% of contributions, sponsorships, and ticket sales to its grantee partners because board members and annual gift donors cover all administrative and program costs.

By donating to JusticeAid in 2024, you join a community of concerned citizens determined to see that Black Voters Matter today.

Our Goal:

IN 2024 LET’S FIGHT
VOTER SUPPRESSION TOGETHER
JUSTICE + ART

Artistic expression can move us, open up new ways of thinking, and increase empathy. The Justice + Art series salutes Black artists whose work bears witness to the pain of the struggle for justice while conjuring beauty and dignity.
